Magor updates:
- Added non-combat behaviour for some enemies.
- Fixed bug with enemies don't spawning in some rooms in dungeons.
- Added special abilities on QERT for the player
- Added quest for killing bandit leaders
- Adjasted colors for grass and ground for better blending with other environment.
